New Innovations & Lessons Learnt

  • Community participation during planning, execution of 210 irrigation systems.
  • Krishak Vikas Association (KVA) doing warabandi (distribution), collecting water charges, doing operation maintenance.
  • Introduced solar water pumping system in 70 sub-projects, reducing O&M cost
  • Irrigation efficiency has been increased by 40-60% through micro irrigation system
  • Shitake Cultivation and Training Center (SCTC) set up, first of its kind in India with support of Yats Corporation, Japan to be operationalized in Phase-II.
  • Community participation during planning, execution of 210 irrigation systems.
  • Krishak Vikas Association (KVA) doing warabandi (distribution), collecting water charges, doing operation maintenance.
  • Introduced solar water pumping system in 70 sub-projects, reducing O&M cost
  • Irrigation efficiency has been increased by 40-60% through micro irrigation system

  • Livelihood activities through 300 SHG to supplement family income.
